A Tompkins county woman was killed Thursday morning in a two car accident in Fayette. Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies have not released the woman’s name pending notification of family members. The accident occured when she ran a stop sign at the intersection of West River Road and Route 96A. Her car was struck by a car driven 54-year old Wayne Wilcox of East Lake Road in Geneva. Both vehicles ended up in the median of the highway. Wilcox and two passengers 32-year old Holly Wooster and 4-year old Justin Wooster were all treated and released from Geneva General Hospital. The accident remains under investigation.
