Early Saturday morning, at approximately 12:30 a.m., the Seneca Falls Police arrested 3 individuals after a report of a loud party at Hunter’s Run Townhomes located at 25 Peterman Road Apartment E-6.Michael A. Rivers, age 20, of 22 Clark Street Waterloo NY was arrested for Possession of Alcohol Under 21 years of age and Open Container of an alcoholic beverage. Rivers was issued appearance tickets to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on September 18th, 2008 at 10:00 AM. Seneca Falls Police also arrested Jesus Marquez age 25, who had no reported address for Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree when Marquez failed to comply with Officers verbal and physical commands during the loud party investigation. Marquez was also charged with another count of Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree after refusing to provide officers with his pedigree arrest information. Lastly, Seneca Falls Police arrested Domingo Martinez-Tinoco, age 25, who also had no reported address for having an open alcoholic container and Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree. Once back at the Seneca Falls Police Department Martinez-Tinoco also refused to provide officers with basic pedigree arrest information. Through the course of a Police investigation, it was determined that both Martinez-Tinoco and Marquez were in this country illegally. Agents from the United States Border Patrol / Homeland Security out of the Rochester office were notified of the arrest and responded to the Seneca Falls Police Department for assistance in the investigation. Further investigation from both agencies ascertained the identities of the 2 individuals as Manuel Morales-Garcia, age 25, of Mexico, and Domingo Martinez-Tinoco, age 25, also of Mexico. Morales and Martinez were arraigned before Judge Mahoney in Seneca Falls Town Court and were committed to theSeneca County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash or $10,000 Ins Bond. Both Martinez and Morales are scheduled to appear back in Seneca Falls Town Court on October 8th, 2008 at 9:00 AM. An Immigration Detainer was also issued by the United States Department of Immigration and Naturalization services to determine whether Martinez and Morales are going to be deported from the United States and returned back to Mexico.
