Seneca Falls Police Beat 4/18/09

On April 14, 2009 at approx. 5:21 p.m., the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Albert U. Trapp, age 58, of 27 Miller Street, Seneca Falls, NY for Harassment in the 2nd Degree and 2 counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. The charges stem from an investigation into an alledged domestic dispute in which Trapp is accused of getting into a physical altercation with a 16-year-old while in the presence of a 9-year-old. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to the SCCF on $1000 Cash/$2000 Bond. He is to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 04/22/09 at 9:00 a.m. A stay-away order of protection was also issued.On April 16, 2009 at approx. 10:15 p.m., the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Mark J. Kozemko, age 51, of 9 Troup Street, Seneca Falls, NY for DWI. Police responded to a report of a disturbance at the Urban Sun in the Village of Seneca Falls. Following a police investigation, Kozemko stands accused of operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. Kozemko was also charged with aggravated DWI and issued traffic tickets for both offenses and was arraigned before Judge Mahoney in Seneca Falls Town Court. He was committed to the SCCF on $2500 Cash/$5000 Bond and is scheduled to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 04/22/09 at 9:00 a.m.On April 17, 2009 at approx. 8:55 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Rachael A. VonBergen, age 19, of 19 Foot Street, Auburn, NY 13021, for Failure to Pay Fine. Police located VonBergen and discovered that she had an active bench warrant out of Geneva for Failure to Pay Fine. She was taken into custody and turned over to the Geneva Police Department.On April 17, 2009 at approx. 11:12 p.m., the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Keith Graham, age 42, of 4056 Ridge Road, Williamson, NY 14589 for Unlawful Imprisonment and Harassment in the 2nd Degree. Police report that the charges stem from an investigation into a physical dispute in which Graham stands accused of getting into a physical altercation with a village resident and restraining her against her will. Graham was located by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Department and turned over to the Seneca Falls Police Department. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to the SCCF on $1000 Cash/$2000 Bond and is scheduled to re-appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 04/22/09 at 9:00 a.m. A stay-away order of protection was also issued.
