Woman kicked in the head in SF domestic incident

On April 23, 2009 at approximately 12:26 am, Seneca Falls Village Police responded to 5 Miller Street in the Village for the reported disturbance. As a result of the response Village Police charged Aaron M. Ward, age 23, of 1008 Waterloo – Geneva Road lot #17 with disorderly conduct. Ward was originally released on an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court.On April 23, 2009 at approximately 2:37 am, Seneca Falls Village Police responded to the Miller and Clinton Street area for the reported domestic disturbance. A 19 year old female reported that she had her hair pulled, was hit in the face, and was choked. She additionally reported that her life had also been threatened. In addition to the above, the 19 year old female also reported that on April 15, 2009 around 8:50 pm, while on Ovid Street in the Village of Seneca Falls she was also the victim of a domestic incident. On this occasion her hair was pulled, she was hit, and she was kicked in the back of the head while she was on the ground. In this incident the 19 y/o female sustained a facial injury to her eye.As a result of the above reported information the following subject was arrested on an arrest warrant at 06:02 hours on April 23, 2009. Aaron M. Ward, age 23, of 1008 Waterloo – Geneva Road Lot 17 Waterloo. Ward was charged with Assault in the third degree and harassment for the April 15, 2009 incident. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court before the Honorable Joyce Mahoney and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,000.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 secure bond. Ward was charged with Attempted Assault in the third degree, Menacing in the third degree, and harassment for the April 23, 2009 incident. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court before the Honorable Joyce Mahoney and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,500.00 cash bail or $2,000.00 secure bond. Ward was also arraigned on the previous disorderly conduct charge and was ROR’d on the charge. A stay away order of protection was issued for the 19 year old victim. A return date of May 13, 2009 @ 9:00 am was scheduled for all the above charges.
