Seneca Falls Police Beat 4/29/09

On April 29, 2009 @ 5:40 AM – Seneca Falls Village Police arrested Andrew A. Ginter, age 54, of 5630 State Route 96 Romulus. Ginter was arrested on an arrest warrant out of Seneca Falls Town Court for the charge of Reckless Endangerment in the second degree. Ginter is accused of causing a minor injury to an unidentified female on April 23, 2009 with his vehicle. The incident occurred ?at 27 Cayuga Street around 2:12 PM. He was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court before the Honorable Joyce Mahoney. He was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,500.00 cash bail / $5,000.00 insured bond. He is scheduled to return to Seneca Falls Town Court on May 13,2009 at 9:00 a.m. to further answer the charges. The Seneca County Sheriff’s Department assisted the Seneca Falls Police Department with the arrest of Ginter.On April 28, 2009 at approximately 11:41 PM, Seneca Falls Village Police arrested Paul T. Clark, age 49, of 3575 RTE 89 Seneca Falls. Village police responded to the Nice and Easy on Fall Street for the report of a male subject urinating in the parking lot. As a result of the response and investigation, Clark was charged with disorderly conduct for urinating in the parking lot. He was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on May 14, 2009 @ 10:00 AM to further answer the charge.
