Seneca Falls Police Beat 4/30/09 II

On April 30, 2009 at 11:54 am – Seneca Falls Village Police arrested David R. Pelow, age 62, of 2 Fall Street apartment #13 Seneca Falls NY 13148. Pelow was arrested on an arrest warrant out of the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court for the charge of Forcible Touching. Pelow is accused on touching a Waterloo resident inappropriately and without permission of the said resident. The incident occurred on April 28, 2009 at 50 Johnston Street. Pelow was processed and then arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court. Pelow was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $2,500 cash or $5,000 ins. bond. Next court date is May 13, 2009 at 9 am. On April 30, 2009 at approx. 11:08 a.m., the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joseph A. Williammee, age 18, of 192 Ovid Street, Lot 125 on a probation warrant for deliquency on the original charge of Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was arraigned before Judge Mahoney in Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to SCCF with no bail. He is to re-appear in court on 05/13/09 at 9:00 a.m.On April 30, 2009 at approx. 11:25 a.m., the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jeremiah J. Rathbone, age 30, of 59 N. Virginia Street, Apt. C2, Waterloo, NY. Rathbone was arrested on 2 probation warrants, one for violating his conditional discharge and the other for violating the terms of his probation. He was arraigned before Judge Mahoney in Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to SCCF on $2500 Cash/$5000 Bond for each warrant. He is to re-appear in court on 05/27/09 at 9:00 a.m.
