08/17/2010 – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Christopher L. Planty, age 27, of 35 Green Street, Seneca Falls, NY on a bench warrant for fail to pay fines. Planty was arrested by Seneca Falls Police Department while he was walking down Fall St and was turned over to Seneca County Sheriff Deputies at Town of Seneca Falls Court. Planty was arraigned and released without bail and ordered to pay on his fines weekly.08/17/2010 – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Roy E. Frederickson, 49, of 25 Haigh Street, Seneca Falls, New York, on a Seneca County Family Court warrant for Failure to Appear. Frederickson was arraigned in the Seneca Falls Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,500 cash/$3,000 secured bond. Frederickson is to reappear in the Seneca County Family Court.08/17/2010 – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Gregory S. Cook Sr. age 46, 339 Wolf Street, Syracuse, NY, for Trespass and Criminal Contempt 2nd. The Trespass charge stems from Cook being in a trailer park in the Town of Waterloo after he was served with a notice he was not allowed on the property. He then went to a residence in the park where there was an active order of protection banning him resulting in the Criminal Contempt charge. Cook was arraigned before Town of Waterloo Justice Marsh and released to reappear in Waterloo Town Court on September 14th 2010 at 1 p.m.08/17/2010 – Seneca County Sheriff Deputies arrested Paul L. Elliott, 38, 1475 West Town Line Road, Phelps NY on two active bench warrants. One issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for failure to pay fines on an original charge of Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the 3rd degree and the second from Seneca County Family Court for Failure to Pay Child Support. Elliott was arraigned on both warrants in the Town of SenecaFalls Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500 cash bail, $1000.00 secured bond on the Aggravated Unlicensed Operator and $1500 cash bail, $3000.00 secured bond on the Seneca County Family Court charges. Elliott is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court, August 19th 2010 at 1000hrs for the AUO 3rd fines.08/17/2010 – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Mark S Bowser, age 49, 6290 West Hollow Road, Naples, NY on a Family Court Warrant issued out of Seneca County Family Court for Failure to Appear. Bowers was taken into custody at his residence by Ontario County Sheriff Deputies and turned over to the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office. Bowser was arraigned at the Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash $2,000 secured bond. Bowser is to appear at Seneca County Family Court at a later date.08/16/2010 – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Douglas K Albro, 41, 4043 State Route 89, Seneca Falls NY, on a bench warrant issued out of the Town of Lodi Court for Failure to Pay Fines, stemming from the original charges of Driving While Intoxicated, Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated and several vehicle and traffic law violations. Albro was arraigned in the Town of Lodi Court and released from court after paying the fine of $855.00.08/16/2010 – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Stephanie C Hill, 30, 4365 West Seneca Road, Trumansburg NY, on a bench warrant issued out of the Town of Covert Court for Failure to Appear, stemming from the original charges of Unlawfully Dealing with a Child and Unlawful Possession of Marihuana. Hill was arraigned in the Town of Lodi Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1000 cash bail, $2000 secured bond. Hill is to reappear in the Town of Covert Court on August 23rd 2010 at 10:00am to answer the charges.08/16/2010 – Seneca County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Joseph N. Seguin, 18, of 112 Central Avenue, Keuka Park, New York, on a Seneca County Family Court warrant for Failure to Appear. Seguin was arraigned in the Fayette Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500 cash/$1,000 secured bond. Seguin is to reappear in the Seneca County Family Court at a later date.
