Seneca Falls Police Beat for 1/1/11

On 12/29/2010 at 9:53 PM, Seneca Falls Village Police arrested Daniel Q. Campbell, age 20, 11 1/2 Clinton Street Seneca Falls, New York. He was charged with disorderly conduct. The arrest was a result of police response to a disturbance call on State Street. Arraignment was before the Honorable Joyce Mahoney Seneca Falls Town Court Justice. Bail was set at $500.00 cash / $1,000.00 secure bond. He is to return 01/12/2011 @ 9:00 AM to further answer the charges. During the arraignment, Campbell was found to be in contempt of court, and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility.On 12/31/10 at approximately 8:38 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested David R. Boyle, age 51, of 35 Mynderse Street, Seneca Falls, NY for Criminal Trespass in the 2nd Degree. Boyle is accused of entering and remaining unlawfully inside of a village resident’s home after being warned by village police earlier in the day to not return to the resident’s home. He was arraigned before Judge Mahoney in Seneca Falls Town Court and was remanded to SCCF on $1000 Cash/$2000 Bond and has to re-appear in court on 01/12/11 at 9 a.m. to answer the charge. A stay-away order of protection was issued for the victim.On 12/31/10 at approximately 10:50 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Nicholas J. Blevins, age 27, of 23 White Street, Seneca Falls, NY on a bench warrant for Failure to Pay a Fine out of the Seneca Falls Town Court on the original charge of Aggravated DWI. Blevins was located following a traffic stop by village police after being observed having an open alcoholic beverage container inside a motor vehicle that he was a passenger in. He was arraigned before Judge Mahoney in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to SCCF on $2500 Cash/$5000 Bond and has to re-appear in court on 01/12/10 at 10 a.m. to answer the charge. Also arrested during that same traffic stop was Tiffany L. Kramberg, age 26, of 67 Auburn Road, Seneca Falls, NY for DWI. She was also charged with having a BAC of 0.09. She was released on traffic tickets and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 01/20/11 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charges.
