Disturbance at Seneca Falls bar leads to arrests

On October 8th 2011, at approx. 2:00AM, an Officer from the Seneca Falls Police Department was flagged down on Fall Street for a disturbance at Bulls Run. Upon arrival Officer’s observed Devlin M. Peck, age 24 of 105 East William Street Waterloo, NY standing in the crowd. Officer’s had prior knowledge that Peck had a Bench Warrant issued for his arrest out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for failing to pay a fine on a DWI charge which he was convicted of last December. Peck was then brought into custody and was then transported to the Town of Seneca Falls Court where he was then ROR’d.While still at the same disturbance the Village of Seneca Falls Police arrested Jonathan T. Carnicelli, age 25 of 2255 Lower Lake Road Seneca Falls, NY. Carnicelli was warned numerous times by Officers to stop yelling profanity in public area. Carnicelli then failed to comply with Officers orders and once being told by police that he was under arrest it is alleged that Carnicelli then fought with police. Carnicelli was then transported back to the police department where he allegedly continued to be hostile and un rulely. Carnicelli was then placed in the holding cell where he urinated and spit saliva all over the walls and floor tile. Carnicelli was then charged with 2 counts of Disorderly Conduct, 2 counts of Resisting Arrest and 1 count of Criminal Mischief. Carnicelli was then arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Judge Mahoney where he was then committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond. Carnicelli has to appear back in court on October 26, 2011 at 9:00AM.
