Car flips, driver injured in 96A one vehicle crash

SENECA COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE REPORTS THAT DEPUTIES RESPONDED TO A PERSONAL INJURY MVA ON RTE 96A IN THE TOWN OF VARICK ON DEC 17TH 2011. AFTER AN INVESTIGATION IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT A VEHICLE BEING DRIVEN BY TRUDY CARLE, AGE 37, OF 2996 OWASGO DR., WATERLOO, NY, WAS TRAVELING NORTH BOUND ON RTE 96A IN THE TOWN OF VARICK, WHEN SHE LOST CONTROL OF HER VEHICLE LEAVING THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY, STRIKING A DITCH, OVER TURNING, COMING TO REST ON IT’S ROOF. CARLE WAS EXTRACTED FROM THE VEHICLE BY THE VARICK FD. SHE WASTRANSPORTED TO STRONG MEMORIAL HOSPITAL BY SOUTH SENECA AMBULANCE FOR A COMPLAINT OF PAIN AND WAS TREATED AND RELEASED.THE CARLE VEHICLE WAS DEMOLISHED AND TOWED FROM THE SCENE.DEPUTIES WHERE ASSISTED AT THE SCENE BY VARICK FIRE DEPARTMENT, FAYETTE FIRE DEPARTMENT.
