The conviction resulted from Mead’s failure between April 2011 and August 2011to verify his address with local law enforcement agencies as required due to his prior sex offense conviction.Melinda M. Sutton, 20 years old, of Lake Road, Seneca Falls, was convicted in Seneca County Court of attempted criminal possession of a controlled substance, a class C felony, and was sentenced to a one-year term of incarceration and directed to pay a surcharge of $325 and DNA fee of $50. The conviction resulted from Sutton’s possession of Oxycontin and Methadone pills in a motor vehicle that was stopped on Route 89 in the Town of Seneca Falls by Seneca County Sheriff Deputies on May 31, 2011.Michael Zona, 30 years old, of 2 Fall Street, Seneca Falls, was convicted in Seneca County Court of burglary in the third degree, a class D felony, and petit larceny, and was sentenced to a one-year term of incarceration and directed to pay a surcharge of $325 and DNA fee of $50. Seneca Falls Police arrested Zona on June 12, 2011 after he entered a shed belonging to H.P. Neun Co. at 50 Johnston Street, Seneca Falls, and stole 34 steel pallet rack crossbeams.Christopher Murray, 19 years old, now residing at Washington Correctional Facility, Comstock, NY, was convicted in Seneca County Court of attempted burglary in the third degree, a class E felony, and was sentenced to a state prison term of one to three years and directed to pay a surcharge of $325 and DNA fee of $50. The conviction resulted from Murray unlawfully entering a barn located on Route 414 in the Town of Fayette on February 14, 2011.
