Interlaken man arrested on DWI

On 03-04-12 at about 03:29 am Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Thomas E. Staples age 48 of 3687 Conifer Dr Interlaken NY for Aggravated DWI with a BAC of 0.18% or higher, Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to Keep Right and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana. The charges stem from a traffic stop on ST RT 96 where Staples failed to stay in his lane of travel. Staples is to appear in the Town of Ovid Court on 04-10-12 at 10:00 am to answer the charges.
