FLTG to build new corporate headquarters

Finger Lakes Technologies Group Inc. (www.fltg.com) announced today that the company will be building a new corporate headquarters in the hamlet of Fishers, N.Y.FLTG will be the first tenant in the brand-new Lehigh Crossing Business Park, and its new building will be composed of 22,500 square feet. The new headquarters will accommodate new business growth, as the FLTG family of companies expects to grow its workforce from 100 to 140 people over the next three years.Bluestone Creek Development LLC, a joint venture of Gallina Development Corporation and Morrell Commercial, entered into a long-term lease with FLTG for the office building, to be developed on Lot 3 of Lehigh Crossing. The building will feature numerous interior and exterior amenities, which will create a lively and productive atmosphere for all who work in the building.“With this new building, FLTG will accommodate expected business growth and extend our firm commitment to being located where our customers are located — in the Finger Lakes region,” said Paul H. About Lehigh Crossing Business ParkLehigh Crossing, a joint venture of Gallina Development Corporation and Morrell Commercial, will consist of 12 building lots on 56 acres. The office park, which will total approximately 400,000 square feet upon full build-out, will cater to office, light industrial and distribution businesses.
