Seneca Falls Police Beat for 4/6

On April 4th, 2013 Seneca Falls Police arrested David J. Collins, age 31, of 42 Lafayette Avenue Geneva New York, 14456 on a bench warrant for failure to appear on charges of Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, and a Right of Way Violation. Collins was arraigned in Junius Town Court in front of Justice Laird where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 cash bail, $1000.00 insurance bond. Collins is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on April 10th, 2013 at 10:00am for his next hearing.On April 4th 2013 at 9:34pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Kim E. Shoebridge, age 62, of Ovid New York for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration, Operating Without Insurance, and Operating a Motor Vehicle with an Obstructed Vision. Shoebridge was issued three uniform traffic tickets and was released to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on April 11th, 2013 at 10:00am to answer his charge.On the 5th of April 2013 around 2:34am, The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Ramon C. Johnson, 31, of 51 Hollister St Dundee N.Y 14837, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 2nd Degree. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occured on River Rd in the Town of Seneca Falls. Johnson was arraigned in the Town of Fayette court where he was ROR’d. Johnson was issued multiple uniformed traffic tickets and is to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on the 10th of April 2013 at 9:00am. On 04/05/13 at approximately 6:21 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jose M. Figueroa, age 39, of 108 Vienna Road, Newark, NY following a traffic stop. Police determined that Figueroa was operating the vehicle with a non-driver ID and that his driving privileges had been revoked. He was charged with Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle in 2nd Degree, Unlicensed Operator, Uninspected Motor Vehicle, and Visually Distorted Windshield Glass and was released on traffic tickets.On the 6th of April 2013 around 2:26am, The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Rondell T. Smith 31, of 50 Jefferson St, Auburn NY, for Aggrivated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree following a traffic stop. Smith was operating on a NON-Drivers ID only in addition to his suspended drives license. Smith was issued multiple uniformed traffic tickets and is to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on the 18th of April 2013 at 10:00am.On the 6th of April 2013 around 12:29am, The Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Chad M. Stott 27, of 2972 Oak Hill Rd Moravia NY, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd Degree. The arrest stems from a traffic stop that occured on State Route 5/20 around 12:27am in the Town of Seneca Falls. Police learned that Stott was operating on a NON- Drivers ID only in addition to his suspended drivers license. Stott was issued uniformed traffic tickets and is to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on the 18th of April 2013 at 10:00am.
