Seneca Falls Police Beat for 5/17

On May 16th, 2013 at 12:10am Seneca Falls Police arrested Matthew J. Tyler, age 22, of 38 East Main Street Waterloo New York, 13165 for Felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 1st, Driving While Intoxicated, Driving with a .08 of 1% Blood Alcohol Content or greater, Unlicensed Operation, and Consumption of Alcohol in a Motor Vehicle. This arrest resulted from a complaint that Tyler was allegedly drinking an alcoholic beverage inside a motor vehicle at a local business. Tyler was arraigned in Tyre Town Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 cash bail, $2000 insurance bond. Tyler is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on May 22nd, 2013 at 8:30am for his next hearing.On May 16th, 2013 at 11:23pm Seneca Falls Police arrested Mark M. Mazzoli, age 49, of 26 Chapin Street Lot 1 Seneca Falls New York, 13148 for Criminal Contempt 2nd. This arrest resulted from a traffic stop in Seneca Falls in which Mazzoli was a passenger in a vehicle being operated by an individual who has an active order of protection against him. Mazzoli was arraigned in Fayette Town Court in front of Justice Sapio where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 cash bail, $2000 insurance bond. Mazzoli is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on May 22nd, 2013 at 10:00am for his next hearing.On May 16th, 2013 at 5:54pm, Seneca Falls Police arrested Curtis E. Limner, age 33, of Lewis Street in Auburn New York on an arrest warrant for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing or Blood Circulation, two counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, and Harassment 2nd. This arrest stemmed from a domestic dispute on April 17th 2013 where Limner is alleged to have engaged in a physical confrontation with another individual in the presence of two children. Limner was arraigned in Junius Town Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 cash bail, $2000 insurance bond. Limner will Limner’s next court appearance will he on May 22nd in Seneca Falls Town Court.On May 16th, 2013 at 5:18pm, Seneca Falls Police arrested Samuel J.L. Eckert, age 24, of Waterloo New York for Burglary 2nd, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, and Petit Larceny. This arrest resulted from a complaint that Eckert had allegedly unlawfully entered a dwelling and stole property while inside. Eckert was then located by police and stopped while operating a vehicle and it was discovered that his operating privileges were suspended in New York. Eckert was arraigned in Fayette Town Court where he was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2000 cash bail, $4000 insurance bond. Eckert is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on May 22nd, 2013 at 10:00am for his next hearing.On May 16th, 2013 at 11:25pm, Seneca Falls Police arrested Felicia F. Cesarini, age 49, of 7 1/2 Clinton Street Seneca Falls New York, 13148 for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd, Operating while Registration Suspended, and No/Inadequate Headlights. This arrest resulted from a traffic stop on River Road in the Town of Seneca Falls. Cesarini was issued three uniform traffic tickets and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on May 23rd 2013 at 10:00am to answer her charges.
