Seneca Falls Police Beat for 4/3

On March 27th, 2014 at about 7:15pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Amber M. Decrescente, age 30, of 2796 Holmes Road, Weedsport, New York for failing to complete her court ordered conditional discharge. Decrescente was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Honorable Judge Laquidari, where she was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000.00 cash or $2000.00 bail bond. She is schdeuled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 3rd, 2014 at 6:00pm. On March 28th, 2014 at about 12:25 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrest Arianna L. Atkins, age 20, of 778 Moore Road, Kirkville, New York on a warrant issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court. The arrest stems from a shoplifting incident that occurred at a local business in the Town of Seneca Falls in 2012. Atkins was charged with Petit Larceny, Conspiracy in the sixth degree, and Criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree, all misdemeanors. Atkins was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls court in front of the Honorable Judge Lafler where she was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000.00 cash or $2000.00 bond. Atkins is scheduled to re-appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on May 14th, 2014 at 9:00 am. On Sunday March 30, 2014 at around 3:30 pm, Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Brent H. Bulley, age 25, of 9153 County Road, Hammondsport, NY 14840 for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the third degree. Bulley was stopped for speeding and during traffic stop, it was discovered that Bulley’s drivers license had been suspended for failure to appear in the Town of Urbana Town Court. Bulley was issued two citations and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on April 7th, 2014 at 7 pm to answer the charges.
