DWI for Romulus man after runnning SF stop sign

On Tuesday evening at about 10:22 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joseph P. Capalongo , age 28, of State Route 96, Romulus, New York.Capalongo was charged with Failure to Stop at a Stop Sign, Felony Driving While Intoxicated and Driving with a 0.08% or more of Alcohol. The arrest stems from a traffic stop where Capalongo failed to at the Stop Sign at West Bayard Street and Veterans Bridge in the Town of Seneca Falls.Capalongo was released on tickets and is scheduled to appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on April 14th, 2014 at 6:00pm.
