Living Healthy workshops help people learn ways to manage the symptoms surrounding chronic conditions. Learn how to: Deal with Fatigue and Frustration – Start an Exercise Program and Increase Your Energy Level – Handle Stress and Relax – Eat Well to Live Well – Use Medications Effectively – Remain a Healthy Caregiver – Make Choices about Treatment – Talk to Doctors about Your Health Questions – Meet Personal GoalsThe Living Healthy program will be provided at the Wayne County Action Program office, 159 Montezuma St., Lyons, for 6 consecutive weeks on Tuesday afternoons 1:30-4:00, from May 6 – June 10.
