SF woman can’t pay for taxi she passed out in

On Sunday at about 2:43 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Patricia L. Carvalho, age 28, of State Route 414 in Seneca Falls for Theft of Service which is a Misdemeanor, and Unlawful Possession of Marijuana, which is a violation.The arrest stems from a call police received about an intoxicated female that was unconscious in the back of a taxi. After waking Carvalho, she was unable to produce payment for the taxi, after being placed into custody police located a small amount of marijuana on Carvalho.Carvalho was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of the Honorable Judge Lafler. Judge Lafler committed Carvalho to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500.00 cash or $1000.00 bail bond. Carvalho is scheduled to re-appear in court on May 14, 2014 at 9:00 am.
