Geneva police arrest fugitive cocaine dealer

On Thursday, the Geneva Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit concluded an 18-month investigation into the sale of Cocaine and Marijuana at various locations in City of Geneva.BrinsonThe investigation resulted in the arrest of Charles Thomas Brinson Jr., age 29 of Rochester, on Exchange Street in Geneva on a 6-count felony indictment warrant of criminal sale of a controlled substance 3rd degree, 6-count felony indictment warrant of criminal possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree and 1-count of sale of marijuana 4th degree.Cocaine and marijuana were seized as a part of the investigation.Subject was arraigned and sent to Ontario County Jail on no bail and will reappear in Geneva City Court on May 12th.The suspect was on the run from law enforcement for over 12 months.
