Geneva man charged with heroin sales

On Wednesday at 2:00 pm, members of the Geneva Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit concluded an approximately month-long investigation into the sale of Heroin from 11 John Street in City of Geneva.The investigation resulted in the arrest of one suspect, Paul A. Terry Sr., age 47, at his residence, 11 John Street. The suspect was charged with 1 count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree and has several other felonies pending relating to the sale of Heroin. Terry was charged with 1 count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 3rd Degree. Other Felony charges related to the sale of Heroin are pending.Heroin and US Currency was seized as a part of the investigation. Subject was arraigned and sent to Ontario County Jail on $30000/60000 bail and will reappear in Geneva City Court on Thursday.
