Romulus man arrested for allegedly taking car

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on 07/04/2014 at approximately 2:30 pm Sheriff Deputies arrested Dylan C. Slack, age 21 of 518 Yale Station Road, and issued an appearance ticket to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court . On 06/28/2014 Sheriff’s Deputies responded to a Varick residence for the report of a missing vehicle. It was then found that Slack was in possession of the said vehicle and operated the vehicle in the commission of several crimes in the Village of Waterloo. Slack was arraigned on the Waterloo charges and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility. Sheriff Deputies charged Slack with Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle in the third degree, a class A Misdemeanor and Criminal Mischief in the third degree, a class E Felony. Slack is due to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on 08/08/14 at 9:00 am to answer to the charges.
