Seneca Falls Police Beat for 7/22

On 07/17/14 at approx. 2055hrs Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Alissa M. Ciancaglini, age 35, of Walnut St, Seneca Falls on a Bench Warrant for Failure to Pay a Fine. Ciancaglini was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court where she was ROR’d to reappear on 07/18/14 to pay her fine. Town of Seneca Falls Police were assisted by NYSP.On 7-15-14 at approximately 4:53 p.m. the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Brian K. McDermott, age 30, and Alicia A. Wright, age 27, both of 3 Flint St. Apt. 4 Phelps, NY following a police investigation into a larceny at a town business. Both were charged with Petit Larceny and Conspiracy and released on Appearance Tickets. On 7-15-14 at approximately 1:15 p.m. the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Bradley E. Zettlemoyer, age 22, of 2022 Balsey Rd. Apt. 315, Seneca Falls, NY following a police investigation into a criminal mischief complaint. Zettlemoyer is accused of kicking a door and damaging the handle at a local apartment complex. Zettlemoyer faces charges of Criminal Mischief in the Fourth Degree. Zettlemoyer was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on 7/21/14 at 6 p.m. to answer the charges.On July 18, 2014 at 11:15 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Rachael R. Winfield, age 32, of 22 Mynderse Street, Seneca Falls for aggravated unlicensed operation. The arrest stems from a traffic stop on North Road where Winfield was stopped for crossing the center line. After a check of Winfield’s license it revealed that her license was suspended for various reasons. Winfield was taken into custody and charged with Failure to Keep Right, and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the Second Degree. Winfield was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court in front of Honorable Judge Lafler and was ROR’d and is to re-appear in court on August 13, 2014 at 11:00 am.On 07/16/14 at approximately 7:37 p.m. the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Rebecca L. Evans, age 57, of 6802 Route 96, Ovid, NY on a charge of petit larceny. She is accused of stealing items from a Town of Seneca Falls business totaling over $65 worth of merchandise. She was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in town court on 07/24/14 at 10:00 a.m. to answer the charge.On 7/15/2014 @ 11:42am Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Charles R. Schenk, 8/12/75, 25 Peterman Rd E-5. Schenk was charged with Obstructing Governmental Administration 2nd. It is alleged that Schenk gave false information to the Seneca Falls Police and Child Protective during the course of an investigation. Schenk was released on an appearance ticket to appear at the Seneca Falls Town Court before the Honorable Judge Lafler on 7/31/14 @10am.
