He is listed in satisfactory condition on Thursday morning. The FL Times reports:Although Wednesday’s weather was generally sunny, county Undersheriff Dave Tillman said slippery conditions contributed to the crash and possibly black ice. There were two other accidents in the same area prior to the fatal crash, although those didn’t result in injuries. “It appears there was a snow burst and it left a light film coating that left ice on the highway,” Tillman said. “It was a strange occurrence.”The D&C reports:When crews arrived on scene, they found the driver outside of the vehicle. She was in serious condition and was taken to Geneva General Hospital… A passenger in the vehicle was airlifted to Strong Memorial Hospital by LifeNet of New York with injuries not considered life-threatening.
