House of Concern’s ‘Little Black Dress’ show

The Seneca County House of Concern’€™s Traveling Little Black Dress fashion show and luncheon fund-raiser will feature a stage full of celebrity models. They range from CEOs and Executive Directors, to Bank Presidents, business owners, radio personalities and teachers, and from the very young to the less young.This is the third annual Fashion show, held at the Hotel Gould in Seneca Falls Friday and Saturday April 17 and 18. The show runs from 11 am-2 pm both days. The luncheon includes a choice of specially prepared fish, chicken or vegetarian meals and a dessert designed exclusively for the event.Attendees will have the opportunity to take a chance on Chinese Auction baskets provided by sponsors and several high-end items including jewelry from Robinette Jewelers and a special item from Mackenzie-Childs. One lucky raffle ticket holder each day will also win a €œ’little black dress’€ from Banana Republic and Chico€’s.The models will be strutting the stage to the music provided by DJ Ken Paradise, and will be introduced by the young and talented dancers from the Studio of the Dance Arts. They will be sporting clothing provided by Chicos, Banana Republic, Gap Kids, and the Seneca County House of Concern’s own New Beginnings Boutique. The models include: Ann Ricci, owner of Bellovolo Spa; Jill Tietjen, CEO of the National Women’€™s Hall of Fame; Mary McDonald, former Executive Director of Seneca Housing; Tiffany Collinsworth, on-air personality with Finger Lakes Radio Group, Sue Noble, retired Executive Director of the Cornell Agriculture Food and Technology Park, Susan Souhan, volunteer extra-ordinaire; Kelley Cosentino, Blossoms by Cosentino; Mackenzie Green, Membership Development Manager, Seneca County Chamber of Commerce; Menzo Case, President of Generations Bank; Ford Knight, retired Seneca Falls teacher; Ethan Fogg, from the Finger Lakes Times.Youth models include Teagan Littlejohn, Jasmine Whitaker, and Madison Consentino.
