Migonis, Sullivan stave-off challengers at Musselman Sprint

Matt Migonis and Abbie Sullivan were the mini-Mussel champions in a fiercely-contested race on Saturday. Both athletes took first place in the sprint-distance triathlon in 2014, as well. Migonis, 35, of Brighton, MA took first in the men’s category, with a winning time of 1:08:08. Sullivan, 19, of Canandaigua, NY topped the women’s field, winning her category with a time of 1:19:18.Awards for the 750-meter swim/16.1 mile bike/3.1 mile run race were five-deep in both men’s and women’s:Female:1. 1:19:18 Abbie Sullivan2. 1:20:55 Sascha Scott
