ROC man faces felony charges in Seneca Falls

A Rochester man is facing several charges following two separate incidents that occurred on two different dates in the Town of Seneca Falls. Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Gisbert J. Hanft, age 43 of 96 Santee Street in Rochester, on an Arrest Warrant for Robbery 3rd, Criminal Mischief 4th, Criminal Obstruction of Breath/Blood Circulation, Harassment 2nd, and Trespass from a Domestic Incident which took place on August 16th at a residence in the Town of Seneca Falls. Hanft was also arrested on an second Arrest Warrant issued by the Town of Seneca Falls Court for Petit Larceny and Harassment 2nd, these charges stem from a Domestic Incident which took place at the same residence on August 7th. Hanft was arraigned in Town of Seneca Falls Court on all charges and was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility with no bail on the charges from the incident on August 16th and was also committed on $1000 Cash/$2000 Bond on the charges from August 7th. Hanft is to reappear in Town of Seneca Falls Court for a Felony Hearing on August 20th at 9:00 am. A Class A Order of Protection was issued for the victim.
