Seneca Falls Police Beat for 8/18/15

On Wednesday, August 12, 2015, at 1:38 am, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Tiffany M. Hushour, age 29, of 1016 Waterloo-Geneva Road, Waterloo, NY for violating her conditional sentence. The arrest stems form Hushour not completing her community service as directed by the Seneca County Probation Department. Hushour was arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash/ $1000 insurance bond. Hushour is scheduled to reappear in Town Court on September 9th, 2015 at 9:00 am.On Friday, August 14, 2015 at 8:42 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested James D. Cooley, age 32, of 53 East Bayard Street, Seneca Falls, NY for Disorderly Conduct, a violation. The arrest stems from an fight on July 17th, 2015 that occurred outside a town business where Police observed Cooley strike another male patron in the face and leave the scene. Cooley was served a criminal summons for the violation and is scheduled to appear in Town Court on August 27, 2015 at 10:00 am.On Friday August 14th, 2015, at 8:54 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Michael J. Bajdas, age 58, of 192 Ovid Street Lot 116 Seneca Falls, NY on two bench warrants that were issued out of the Town of Seneca Falls Court for failure to appear on previous DWI charges. Bajdas was arraigned in the Town of Tyre Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash, $5,000 bond and is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 08/19/2015 at 9:00am.On Friday, August 14, 2015 at 9:41 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Rebecca A. Brack, age 38, of 123 East Lynde Street, Watertown, NY for Criminal Mischief 4th and Criminal Trespass 3rd, both misdemeanors. Police were called to Cowing Street for a female who broke into a tourist boat docked along the canal. Upon arrival, Police found Brack inside the wheelhouse of the vessel “Rose Lummis”. Brack was arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded in lieu of $250 cash/ $500 insurance bond. Brack is scheduled to reappear in Town Court on September 9th, 2015 at 9:00 am. On Saturday, August 15, 2015 at 7:49 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Timothy E. Norton, age 22, of 2133 State Route 5 & 20 apartment 4C , Seneca Falls, NY for violating his conditional sentence. The arrest stems from Norton not completing his community service as directed by the Seneca County Probation Department. Norton was arraigned at the Town of Seneca Falls Court and released on his own recognizance and will appear in Town of Seneca Falls Court on a later date.On Saturday August 15, 2015 at 02:53 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Justin T. Cure, age 23, of 13 W Main Street, Waterloo following a traffic stop on Miller Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. Cure was charged with; Failing to stop at a stop sign, fail to signal, driving while intoxicated and operating a motor vehicle with a BAC of 0.08% or more BAC. Cure was released on UTTs and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 08/31/2015 at 6:00 pm.On Sunday August 16th, 2015 at 12:44 am, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Wendy E. Parker, age 43, of 103 Honeoye Gardens, Honeoye, NY 14471, following a traffic stop on West Bayard Street in the Town of Seneca Falls. Upon further investigation, the car Parker was driving was found to be suspended for insurance lapse. Further investigation found that Parker’s driving privileges in the State of New York were suspended as well. Parker was issued the following UTTs; Aggravated Unlicensed Operation in the 3rd degree, Operating a motor vehicle while registration suspended/revoked, uninspected motor vehicle and unregistered motor vehicle. Parker was released on UTTs and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 08/31/2015 at 6:00pm Parker’s vehicle was towed from the scene. On Monday August 17, 2015 at 3:08 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Patrick A. Stone, age 23, of 6167 Court Street Cayuga, New York 13034 following a traffic stop on Fall Street in the Town of Seneca Falls, for Aggravated Unlicensed Operation 3rd and Uninspected Motor Vehicle. During the stop, it was discovered that Stone’s driving privileges in NYS were suspended and he had an active Warrant issued by the Village of Waterloo Court. Stone was released on UTTs and TOT Waterloo Police Department. Stone is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 08/31/2015 at 6:00 pm.
