Romulus man arrested after damaging Seneca Falls counter

On Saturday at approximately 3:33 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Joseph M. Jacobs, age 26 of 2174 County Road 148 in Romulus, on an Arrest Warrant for Criminal Mischief in the Third Degree, a Class E Felony. Jacobs is accused of damaging a countertop belonging to a Town of Seneca Falls resident. Jacobs was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court and was committed to the Seneca Falls Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash/$1000 ins bond. Jacobs is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Town Court on January 7th at 9:30 am.
