Falls pair arrested for stealing and using credit card

On January 29th Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Devontae Brooks, 20, of Seneca Falls for grand larceny in the 4th degree, providing a false written statement in the 3rd, and falsely reporting information in the 3rd for allegedly using another persons credit card and providing false information regarding the incident. On January 30th Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Daquonna Taylor, 19, of Seneca Falls for grand larceny in the 4th, a felony charge, for allegedly stealing another person’s credit card at Walmart in connection with the arrest of Brooks.Brooks was arraigned in the Town of Tyre Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500 cash or $1,000 insurance bond. He appeared in Tyre Town Court on February 2nd to answer the charges.Taylor was arraigned in Town of Waterloo Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $1,500 cash or $3,000 insurance bond. She also appeared on February 2nd in the Town of Tyre Court to answer the charges.
