Ontario County Sheriff’s blotter 1/30 – 2/5

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the following arrests. All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty.On January 30th at approximately 12:28 am Deputies arrested Joshua T. White, age 20 of 10 Sullivan Drive in Seneca Falls, for driving under the influence of a drug and possession of marijuana after a traffic stop for driving without his headlights on. White is to appear in the Geneva City Court at a later date to answer the charges.On Thursday at approximately 3:47 pm Deputies arrested Billie J. Adams, age 18 of 4 East Elisha Street in Waterloo, on a Victor Town Court bench warrant for a violation of her conditions of her probation. Adams was arraigned in the Victor Town Court and remanded to the Ontario County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond. Adams is to appear in the Victor Town Court at a later date.On Thursday at approximately 5:24 pm Deputies arrested Noah I. Marinelli, age 32 of 99 Chapin Street in Canandaigua, for a warrant issued out of the Canandaigua Town Court for harassment in the second degree. Marinelli was arraigned in the Canandaigua Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He is to appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date. On Thursday at approximately 10:46 am Deputies arrested Anthony R. Johnson, age 32 of 188 East Main Street in Victor, for petit larceny following an incident that occurred at the Express Mart in the Town of Victor on January 21st in which he stole $4.17 worth of beer. He was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Victor Town Court at a later date to answer to the charge.On Friday at approximately 2:59 am Deputies arrested Andrew J.W. Fagan, age 37 of 6005 Hortons Mill Court in Haymarket Virginia, for allegedly driving while intoxicated. According to Sheriff’s Deputies this occurred after Fagan got lost on the way to a hotel in Pittsford and stopped on State Route 247 in the Town of Hopewell to get help. He was arrested and issued several citations including for aggravated unlicensed operation in the third degree. Fagan is to appear in the Hopewell Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.On Friday at approximately 4:58 am Deputies arrested Nicholas Hyland, age 20 of 1820 Saddle Horn Drive in Canandaigua, for unlawful possession of marijuana in the Town of Phelps. Deputies located a suspicious vehicle parked in the parking lot of the Express Mart when Hyland was found to be in possession of marijuana. Hyland was issued an appearance ticket for the Town of Phelps at a later date.
