Weather appears to have played a major factor in these accidents, as conditions have continued to make travel difficult throughout the Finger Lakes. Winds have been gusting in excess of 45 mph, which in combination with the recent snowfall has made blowing and drifting snow a serious problem for crews trying to treat roadways.FingerLakes1.com will continue to update this story as more information becomes available.
