The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on February 13th at 11:51 am Deputies responded to a three car motor vehicle accident in front of Eastview Mall in Victor. The accident occurred on State Route 96 at the intersection of Eastview Mall Drive. Sailatha Chandraseker, 37, of Jersey City, New Jersey failed to stop for a red light at the intersection and her vehicle collided with a vehicle being operated by William Styumus, 67, of Honeoye Falls. Maureen Stymus, 68, of Honeoye Falls was also in the vehicle being operated by William Stymus.The vehicle operated by Stymus was then pushed into a third vehicle driven by Glenn Baker, 60, of Victor. Baker and Chandraseker were not injured in the accident, but William and Maureen Stymus were transported to Thompson Hospital. All parties involved were wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident and air bags did deploy in the vehicle operated by Chandraseker. Chadraseker was ticketed for failure to yield at a red light. She will answer to the charge in Town of Victor court at a later date.
