Waterloo man arrested after allegedly smuggling contraband

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on February 16th at approximately 11:30 am the Seneca County Narcotics Unit arrested Joshua Morgan, 20, of Waterloo on charges of promoting prison contraband in the 2nd degree, unlawful possession of marijuana and for a violation of probation.It is alleged that Morgan attempted to smuggle a quantity of marijuana into the Seneca County Correctional Facility after he was taken into custody on a warrant for violation of probation. Morgan was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Romulus Town Court on March 11th at 10:00 am.
