SFPD charge man from NYC with menacing

On February 24th at approximately 7:16 am Seneca Falls Police arrested Johan Kelly-Beltre of New York for menacing in the second degree and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree. Kelly-Beltre allegedly displayed a knife in a threatening manner while arguing with another individual at a a local business. The individual was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $750 cash bail or $1,500 insurance bond.He will reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court on March 9th at 10:30 am.
