Victor woman charged with felony DWI

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that a Victor woman is facing a number of charges, after being arrested for driving while intoxicated — with a previous conviction in the last ten years. The stop occurred on Monday night at 2:27 am.Deputies reported that Jackie Guest, 46, of Victor was arrested in the Town of Victor following a traffic stop on Dryer Road. The stop was initiated after deputies say they witnessed her fail to keep right while driving westbound on Dryer Road. During the stop, deputies learned that she was intoxicated, which led to her subsequent arrest.They also learned of the interlock device restriction on Guest’s license, which was not installed on the vehicle she was driving. There was also an open container inside the vehicle, according to deputies during the traffic stop. Guest’s license has been suspended or revoked a total of six times.Her last driving while intoxicated conviction came in 2012 in the Town of Victor. Guest was charged with felony driving while intoxicated, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree, operating without an interlock device, consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle, failure to keep right, aggravated driving while intoxicated for having a BAC of .18, as well as driving while intoxicated — and aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.She is being held at the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
