Waterloo man drives on flat tires, charged with felony DWI

The Seneca Falls Police Department reports that on April 9th a Waterloo man was arrested for driving while intoxicated. Police say Thomas E. Tyman, 41, of Waterloo was arrested for driving while intoxicated – a felony, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the first degree – a felony, and driving with inadequate tires.According to police, Tyman had his driving privileges in New York revoked when he was driving on West Bayard Street in the Town of Seneca Falls with two flat tires. Tyman was arraigned in Fayette Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash or $5,000 secured bond.Tyman will reappear in Fayette Town Court on April 14th.
