CA man stole family member’s credit card

The Canandaigua Police Department reports that on Tuesday a Canandaigua man was formally charged with grand larceny and identity theft following an investigation. Robert A. Blackburn, 20, of Canandaigua is accused of unlawfully using a family member’s credit card and personal information to purchase more than $1,000 worth of merchandise. He was charged with grand larceny in the fourth degree and identity theft in the second degree.Blackburn was released on appearance tickets and is due back in court on April 15th, according to Canandaigua Police.
