Honeoye man arrested for driving while intoxicated

A Honeoye man was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office for driving while intoxicated on Oakmount Avenue in East Bloomfield.Deputies report that William J. Ingerick, 37, of Honeoye was arrested on April 26th at approximately 1:48 am on Oakmount Avenue in the Town of East Bloomfield. Deputies report that the arrest took place following a traffic stop after being observed executing multiple traffic violations. He was discovered to be intoxicated and placed under arrest.Ingerick was charged with driving while intoxicated per se .08% or higher, driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, inadequate exhaust, improper/no turn signal and consumption of alcohol in a motor vehicle. Deputies issued Ingerick traffic tickets for the charges and he will appear in East Bloomfield Town Court at a later date to answer those charges.
