Rochester woman arrested over bad check in Clyde

A Rochester woman was arrested by the Clyde Police Department on an arrest warrant for issuing a bad check.Officers arrested Dominique D. Davis, 24, of Rochester on an arrest warrant for unlawfully issuing a bad check and petit larceny. She purchased numerous items from the Clyde Hardware on March 16th, 2014 and gave them a check in the amount of $330.25, knowing that the account had insufficient funds. She was arraigned before Judge Carr and is scheduled to return to Galen Town Court on May 25th.
