ROC man in Seneca County jail on $100,000 bail

On Thursday morning, at about 10:15 am, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit arrested Samuel L. McCullough, age 25 of 104 Hickory Manor Drive in Rochester, on charges of Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree, a Class B Felony.It is alleged that McCullough sold crack cocaine in the Town of Waterloo. McCullough was arraigned in the Covert Town Court and remanded back to the Seneca County Correctional Facility as he is currently being held on $100,000 cash bail/$200,000 secured bond related to multiple other charges.
