Geneva PD makes two heroin arrests

The Geneva Police Department announced on that their drug enforcement unit had made two arrests in the last several days — related to the sale and possession of heroin — ending a three month investigation. On May 26th at 4 pm the Geneva Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit ended a three month investigation into the possession and sale of heroin by arresting Ryan K. Bost, 34, of Geneva. He was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance int he third degree, a class B felony. His bail was set at $15,000 cash, or $30,000 insurance bond. Bost was taken into custody on Seneca Street without incident. He also had additional heroin in his possession at the time of the arrest.On May 30th at 1:30 pm the Geneva Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit ended another three month investigation. Cody J. Knittle, 25, of Geneva was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class B felony in Geneva on Monday. He was arrested on Exchange Street without incident. His bail was set equal to Bost’s bail, and will answer the charges at a later date.
