Geneva teen arrested for stealing bikes from Seneca Falls

On tuesday the Seneca Falls Police arrested Dakota R. Standbrook, age 17 of Geneva, for tampering with physical evidence, criminal mischief in the 3rd, and criminal possession of stolen property. The charges are a result of an investigation that started on April 14th in which three bicycles were reported stolen from a local Town of Seneca Falls resident. Standbrook is accused of defacing the serial numbers on the bikes to avoid being prosecuted. Standbrook was issued appearance tickets and released. He is to appear in The Town of Seneca Falls Court on June 6th at 6:00 pm.
