Early Wednesday morning a downtown Naples business was broken into around 1:45 am. Deputies found that the two suspects were juveniles, with names being withheld at this time.Deputies say the incident occurred at Joseph’s Wayside Market located at 102 South Main Street in downtown Naples when the report of an alarm came into the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office. Upon arrival, deputies say they found a back window broken where someone had entered the property. Deputy Swarthout and K-9 Kelly were able to track the suspects and eventually located one suspect approximately a half-mile from Joseph’s Market. Further investigation revealed that two male juveniles had broken into the business this morning, as well as another occasion on May 30th. Deputies say food and drink were stolen in the May 30th incident, and that nothing was stolen during this morning’s incident. Ontario County Family Court will be handling the two juveniles cases moving forward, according to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
