Geneva man charged with selling heroin

A Geneva man was arrested on Thursday at approximately 6 pm following a tip from a concerned citizen on drug charges.The Geneva Police Department Drug Enforcement Unit along with marked units arrested David J. Guererri, 51, of Geneva charged him with criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree — a class B felony. He had allegedly sold heroin to another person in the City of Geneva.Additional arrests are expected in this matter. Heroin was seized in this investigation, and the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office assisted in the investigation.
