Seneca County Cornell Cooperative Extension invites you to Celebrate Seneca County Agriculture, Wednesday, July 20, 2016 from 6 pm to 8:30 pm in Floral Hall at the Seneca County Fairgrounds at the corner of Swift and North Streets in Waterloo. Experience the diversity of agriculture in Seneca County as you sample products from local agricultural producers. Learn how to prepare wild game and fish with Mo Tidball from the Wild Harvest Table. Try some local honey from Bienvenue American Honey. Find out what’s growing at Meadville Farms and Riegal Family Farms. Stop by the Seneca County Master Gardeners’ table for seed samples. These are just some of the businesses and products that will be highlighted on the Fair’s opening night. The first 120 people at the CCE booth can enjoy a Seneca County Root Beer Float made from local ice cream from the Cayuga Lake Creamery and root beer from Wagner Valley Brewing. Bring your family and friends. It will be a great time for all with fireworks at 9:30 PM.
