The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Saturday, an East Rochester teen was arrested for stealing multiple items from three stores at Eastview Mall. Deputies say Emidio G. Rossi, 18, of East Rochester was charged with petit larceny, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree after she was found to have stolen property valued at $13.95, $20.98, and $14.98 from three stores.
