The Lake Ontario Wine Trail will host it’s third annual wine and music fest Sunday July 31st, 2016 at Long Acre Farms in Macedon. The “Summer Sips & Sounds: Wine and Music Fest” will run from 12 pm-5 pm and will feature wineries, a distillery, and a cidery, as well as a live band and plenty of food and entertainment for the whole family. The event will also feature three brief seminars: Wine Tasting 10, a Cocktail making class, and a Wine Maker’s Round Table where guests can meet and chat with our Trail’s growers and producers. “We are all very excited to come together again for this event to showcase our wines, spirits and products,” stated Trail President Collin McConville. “Last year this event was a great success and brought people in from all over Western and Central New York. This is a great opportunity for people to visit us while we are all together in one great location.” Participants include Casa Larga Vinyards of Fairport, Young Sommer Winery of Williamson, JD Wine Cellars of Macedon, Thorpe Vineyards of Wolcott, Apple Country Spirits of Williamson, and Embark Craft Ciderworks also of Williamson.
