Cananadaigua Arrest Blotter 7/13 – 7/24

The Cananadaigua Police Department reports the following arrests. All individuals are considered innocent until proven guilty.

 

Melanie D. Elbert, age 54 of Okeechobee, FL was arrested on July 13 at 1:59 am for operation of a motor vehicle with BAC .08; DWI; unsafe turn/failure to signal

Ellen R. Kimball, age 51 of Rushville, was arrested on July 17 at 4:20 am for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree; inadequate stop lamps

Georgia J. Smith, age 61 of Canandaigua, was arrested on July 18 at 8:00 pm for noise disturbance (Accused of revving a vehicle engine for several minutes in front of an address on Bristol Court)

Matthew J. Gardner, age 23 of Canandaigua, was arrested on July 19 at 1:00 am for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 2nd degree; failure to stop before entering the road; use of other motor vehicle without interlock device; improper left turn on two way road

James E. Robinson, age 25 of Canandaigua, was arrested on July 19 at 8:30 am for trespass (Accused of entering an address on Fort Hill Avenue after having been evicted)

Jessica M. Duplissis, age 30 of Geneva, was arrested on July 19 at 6:06 am for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree (Accused of possessing 7 baggies of heroin)

Jewelia F. Martyn, age 19 of Canandaigua, was arrested on July 19 at 8:30 am for trespass; theft of services (Accused of unlawfully entering a property on Fort Hill Avenue and unlawfully disposing of garbage)

Alyssa M. Tilburg, age 20 of Canandaigua, was arrested on July 21 at 1:19 am for false impersonation; criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 7th degree; possession of forged instrument in the 3rd degree (Accused of possessing a forged Connecticut driver license, providing a false name to police, and possessing a generic pill of Ritalin without a prescription)

Darell M. Alexander, age 33 of Canandaigua, was arrested on July 24 at 2:37 am for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree; traffic device violation
