Agency has new plan for St. Francis School building: Housing Authority turns to another federal program for project financing

The Geneva Housing Authority is retooling the way it does business in an effort to redevelop the former St. Francis School into senior housing. While the Housing Authority had secured some grants for the Exchange Street project, the agency failed to get a state package of funds that would have paid for a good portion of it.
